DEFINITIONS

Customer
Entity (person or company) who have subscribed to a membership for the use of the interactive tour platform Aliogo.

Media
Includes all texts, images, audio tracks, videos, survey or any type of content provided by the Customer.


INTERACTIVE TOUR SECTION

Access to the interactive tour publishing platform
Access to the interactive tour publishing platform is available as long as one tour is published on the aliogo’s mobile application. After 6 months, a Client does not have a published tour; Client will lose its access to the tour publishing platform.

Renewal
Display of a tour’s duration is 365 days and is automatically renewed at the end of each year corresponding to the initial tour publication date.

Tour publishing
Aliogo performs human validation for every tour to validate all the information and ensure the compliance with the publishing policy described below.

Please allow 72 business hours for the complete revision of a tour. It is important to ensure that all information submitted is in conformity with directions given at the beginning of the interactive tour form. A content update will be published to the mobile app users every Friday.


SECTION THAT APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS

Copyrighted media content submitted by the Customer
The Customer has the responsibility and duty to own the full rights and broadcasting licenses for all Media (texts, images, audio tracks, videos, etc.) provided to display in the aliogo mobile application. Aliogo is entitled to request these documents from the Customer before publishing a tour.

Aliogo cannot be held responsible for media distribution. The Customer will have to provide Legal Defense against any claim, or proceeding action related to intellectual property rights taken against aliogo whether the claim, action or prosecution is based on an allegation that Media provided under these Terms infringes intellectual property rights (IPRs) by a third party.

The Customer will be forced to fully compensate aliogo to any final judgment rendered by a competent tribunal, as well as any resulting court settlement of a claim for breach of copyright.

Grant of use
The Customer fully concedes aliogo media rights of reuse (text, images, audio, video, etc.) on the aliogo mobile application, its website and in the context of any digital campaigns to promote the aliogo mobile app.

Intellectual property
The use of aliogo platform does not grant any intellectual property rights on any content (texts, images, audio, video, etc.) accessed through the aliogo website and mobile application. However, all content provided for a tour publication, a page or any other form of promotion remains the property of the Customer.

Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to publish any media along these lines; pornography, encouraging sex tourism, containing and inciting to violence, racism, pedophily, any form of propaganda (religious, political, etc.), insulting, degrading, encouraging illegal actions, undermining the reputation and eventually all forms of content likely to go against morals, which can create discomfort and impairing the sensitivity of others.

If the Customer infringes this regulation, its access can be irrevocably banished without any refund of previously paid products or services.


LIMITED WARRANTY

Data update

Aliogo uses the services of Amazon S3 servers for data management updates, providing the highest levels of service availability in the industry (99.95%). However in the event of a technical problem on Amazon servers, aliogo cannot be held responsible. Aliogo agrees to provide all reasonable business efforts to publish any updates as soon as possible.

Platforms

Aliogo is committed to deliver a mobile application with the highest quality standards in the industry. However, it is still possible that bugs are identified or encountered. Aliogo cannot be held responsible. Aliogo agrees to provide all reasonable business efforts to correct these bugs as soon as possible.

Manufacturer

The mobile application operates on devices using the iOS (APPLE) and Android (GOOGLE) operating systems. APPLE and GOOGLE regularly publish updates to their operating system. It is therefore possible that after some APPLE or GOOGLE updates, the aliogo mobile application may no longer function optimally. Aliogo cannot be held responsible. Aliogo agrees to provide all reasonable business efforts to correct the identified problems as soon as possible.


CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Aliogo mobile application
Aliogo provides customer support only for problems related to the use of the aliogo mobile application.

Aliogo does not provide customer support for erroneous information in the tours or any errors in the quality of information and media provided by the Customer. On its sole discretion aliogo may forward the reported errors to the specific Customer to give the opportunity to correct the data if needed.

Aliogo provides customer support to the Customer using the dashboard to build interactive tours, edit or modify them, provide content, etc. Should problems associated with the use of the platform be reported, aliogo will hasten to address these issues to the extent possible.

Aliogo is constantly working on improving and adding features to the mobile app and in providing the most efficient and competitive marketing tools to its Customers. Innovative features are also frequently added to enhance the user experience and stay at the forefront of global mobile travel trends.
